Who pays for home health care?
Faith Home Health is Medicare and Medicaid certified. Call us with your plan details and we’ll explain what’s covered and what isn’t before care begins.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. A nurse comes to the home, talks with you and your family, and recommends a care plan. There’s no charge for the visit.
Do you care for children?
Yes. Our team provides pediatric home care and private duty nursing as well as care for adults and seniors.
Can my doctor refer me?
Yes. Doctors, hospitals and discharge planners can fax referrals to (813) 876-5519 or call us directly.
